Mr. Henk is a founding partner of HenkLeonard and is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of Law. His practice includes State and Federal Courts within, as well as outside, of California. Mr. Henk has successfully argued employment matters before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and has tried employment matters to juries throughout California. Mr. Henk has lectured on most employment issues including, Wage and Hour Compliance, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Sexual harassment/Hostile work environment and litigation avoidance. He has coached many mock trial teams for Loretto High School in a nationally acclaimed program.

Mr. Henk is a past Legislative Chair of the Sacramento Employment Advisory Council and a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association as well as the California Employment Lawyers Association. In addition to being admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts of California, Mr. Henk has been admitted to practice in New Jersey and Tennessee on a pro-hac vice basis.
